Cornish eco-company chosen to serve world leaders at 47th G7 Summit
Eco-company Circular&Co has been selected as a local Cornish brand to be used by world leaders during the upcoming G7 Summit in June.
Recycled coffee cup brand Circular&Co will supply world leaders during next month’s G7 Summit in Cornwall
Leaders of G7 nations, the EU and guest countries will all gather at the G7 Summit in Carbis Bay, Cornwall from June 11-13 2021.
The British brand is known for being one of the first global makers of reusable coffee cups made by recycling single-use cups. Circular&Co’s cups will be offered to all delegates and media partners as a way of reducing waste.
Founder and chief executive of Circular&Co Dan Dicker is used to working with large companies, having previously advised international government bodies and global companies like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Costa Coffee and Burger King.
Just recently, Circular&Co helped McDonald’s develop their first reusable cup, which will be launched as a pilot takeback scheme using their own Circular Cups across the UK this summer.
This latest G7 announcement comes as part of the UK government’s plan to give Cornish-made produce a global platform, while also sharing the talent, innovation and creativity of the region through the summit.
